Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at riccardo@venetica.it . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without having previously requested a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receives the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and fix it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products ( such as special orders or custom items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once you have accepted the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and send the refund as well.
